Ted T'Challa Dolce, is a senior, from Miami, Florida pursuing a Criminal Justice major B.A. with a minor in Communication and Global Studies. While the promise of law school is prominent and eventually an option, he plans to join the public service sector after graduation to start his career. Throughout his collegiate career, Ted has held leadership positions in multiple student organizations and clubs which has provided him with the opportunity to facilitate and coordinate townhalls, events, activties, workshops, lectures, and the like. In addition to being the first black ticket Student Body President at Marist College, Ted is a mentor to youths in middle and elemantary school through Liberty Partnership Program, Harriet Tubman Afterschool Program, Big Brother Big Sisters of America organization, and the 5000 Role Models of Excellence program. On Campus, Ted serves as the student representative on the Board of Trustees while also serving on a myriad of boards and committees throughout campus. He has also served as an Ambassador, Tour Guide, Archivist, Hearst Scholar, and Phonathon Associate. Ted hopes to continue to break glass ceilings, big and small, in hopes of being a true instrugment of change. Making Student Government more accessible to the students is a primary tenet of the Dolce-Billips Administration, that's why you should feel free to stop Ted when you see him, dm him on instagram @presidentdolce, email him, drop by during his office hours to plan, discuss, or talk about anything! .
